摘要
采用L型流槽法和桨式转子流变仪检测某矿全尾砂膏体流变参数,计算管道输送沿程阻力,并对L型流槽法结果进行验证。结果表明,浓度72%~80%时,物料的屈服应力从约68.87~70.35Pa增加至212.4~225.06Pa,料浆的屈服应力随浓度的上升呈现指数形态上升。当浓度从76%增加至78%时,屈服应力迅速增加;L型流槽法与浆式流变仪法检测结果基本相同,流变仪检测结果平均略大于L型流槽结果,差距为0.65%~11.89%,平均为7.18%;当充填流量为60m3/h,管道为DN150,输送浓度为74%~78%时,管道沿程阻力计算值为3.39~6.6 MPa/km。
The rheological parameters of unclassified tailings paste were tested by both L-Box method and vane-rheometer,so as to calculate the frictional drag of the pipelines,and then detected the results accuracy of L-Box method.The results showed that,the yield stress rose from 68.87~70.35 Pa to 212.4~225.06 Pa when the paste concentration was72%~80%.The yield stress rose with the slurry concentration in exponent law.The yield stress increased steeply when concentration raised from 76% to 78%.The results from both L-Box method and vane-rheometer were approximately the same,the results from rheometer were slightly larger than the other method,with the deviation of 0.65%~11.89%,at the average of 7.18%.The calculated frictional drag was 3.39~6.6MPa/km when the backfill capacity was60m3/h,pipe diameter was DN150,and slurry concentration was 74%~78%.
