摘要
职业教育是我国教育事业的的重要组成部分,是与社会经济发展联系最为密切的一种的教育形式。农村职业教育能够提高农村劳动者的科学文化素质,促进当地经济的发展。台湾是我国农村职业教育发展水平较高的地区之一,其农村职业教育特色鲜明。本文就台湾农村职业教育的指导思想、领导与制度保障、硬件建设、专业建设、教学内容、教学方法、师资队伍等方面的特色分别作一简要探讨,以期给人们在研究台湾农村职业教育的改革与发展时提供参考。
ocational education is an important component of education in China. It is also the educational form which is most closely related to the social and economic development . The vocational education in rural areas can improve the scientific and cultural quality of rural laborers and promote the development of local economy. Taiwan is one of areas where the rural vocational edu- cation is in a higher level in our country, and the vocational education in Taiwan rural area is very distinctive. In this paper, we briefly discuss the characteristics of rural vocational education in Taiwan, such as the guiding ideology, leadership and institutional guarantee, hardware construction, professional construction, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching staff and so on, in order to provide references for the research on the reform and development of the rural vocational education in Taiwan.
