摘要
为研究日本鹌鹑艾美尔球虫(Eimeria uzura)内生发育过程及致病性,人工接种8日龄鹌鹑1.0×105个日本鹌鹑艾美尔球虫孢子化卵囊。研究结果发现,日本鹌鹑艾美尔球虫在鹌鹑体内潜隐期为5 d,显露期为13 d,发病率为70.3%,死亡率为7.5%,增重明显受到影响.组织切片观察发现,日本鹌鹑艾美尔球虫主要寄生于鹌鹑十二指肠和空肠前段,内生发育过程经三代裂殖生殖阶段和一个配子生殖阶段,接种后102 h达到裂殖生殖阶段高峰期,接种后114 h达到配子生殖阶段高峰期,感染后120 h形成卵囊;所有内生阶段均在肠上皮细胞内发育。日本鹌鹑艾美尔球虫寄生可引起鹌鹑十二指肠上皮细胞发生轻度颗粒变性、坏死,黏膜固有层有大量炎性细胞浸润,充血出血.试验结果表明,日本鹌鹑艾美尔球虫对鹌鹑有中等致病性。
For the study of Eimeria uzura endogenous development stages and pathogenicity, 8-day-old artificially-reared coccidian-free quails were inoculated orally with 1.0 - 105 of sporulated oocysts of E. uzura. The results show that the prepatent period was 5d and discharge of oocysts continued for 13 d. The incidence and mortality rate were 70.3% and 7.5% , respectively. The weight gain was affected significantly. Observation by tissue section showed that E. uzura parasitized mainly in the epithelial cells of duodenum and anterior jejunum. There were three merogony stages and one gamogony stage in the life of E. uzura. The merogony and gamogony stage of E. uzura peaked at about 102 h and 114 h post-infection, respectively. The time of forming E. uzura oocysts was at about 120 h post-infection. All endogenous stages developed in intestinal epithelial ceils. E. uzura could cause mild granular de- generation and necrosis in epithelial ceils of the duodenum and a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration, congestion and hemorrhage in mucosa lamina propria. The results showed that E. uzura was medium pathogenic for quails.
