基于热-结构耦合的螺旋桨无键联接可靠性研究 被引量:1

Research on Reliability of Propeller Keyless Fitting Based on Thermal-structural Coupling

摘要 螺旋桨的安装质量直接影响船舶的航行安全。由于航行中环境温度的变化,导致螺旋桨无键联接的可靠性发生改变,但难以运用仪器对其进行有效的监测。利用Pro/E建立桨.轴无键联接的三维模型,运用ANSYS的热.结构耦合方法分析:船舶在温度0℃~35℃的水域航行时,螺旋桨无键联接的接触压力、等效应力的变化量。通过仿真值与理论值的对比分析,结果表明,螺旋桨无键联接的接触压力、等效应力随温度的升高近似成线性的减小;桨.轴的应力在接触边缘区域存在奇异性;温度是影响过盈量选取的一个重要因素,在螺旋桨安装选取过盈量时应将理论值增加一个安全系数。 The installation quality of marine propeller directly affects navigation safety of the ship. Due to the change of ambient temperature on the voyage, the reliability of propeller keyless fitting has change so that it is difficult to be effectively monitored by using an instrument. So Pro/E is used to establish a three-dimensional model of the propeller-shaft keyless fitting and the ANSYS thermal-structure coupling method is adopted to analyze the variation of contact stress and equivalent stress of propeller keyless fitting when the ship sails on the navigation area whose temperature varies between 0 ℃ and 35 ℃. By comparing the simulation value with the theoretical value, the result shows the contact stress and equivalent stress of propeller keyless fitting decreases approximately linearly with the rise of temperature. The stress of propeller-shaft exists singularity on the edge of the contact area. The temperature is an important factor that affects selection of the shrink range, and the theoretical value shouM be increased with a safety factor in the selection of the shrink range.
