高速铣削对表面粗糙度的研究

摘要 高速铣削加工在加工领域是一个前沿技术,能有效提高金属切除率,提高零件的表面质量和获得较好的加工精度,在加工各个领域普遍应用。但是在高速加工中还普遍存在表面质量不理想的情况,文章就主要研究高速加工不锈钢工件中几个不同因素对表面质量的影响展开分析。 High speed machining is an advanced technology in the processing, can effectively improve the rate of metal removal, improve the surface quality of parts and get good machining precision, widely used in the processing of various fields. But in high speed machining is also widespread surface quality is not an ideal situation, this paper mainly studies the different factors of high speed machining of stainless steel workpiece effects on surface quality analysis
