降钙素原、CD64和C反应蛋白检测对感染性疾病的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)、CD64和C反应蛋白(CRP)检测对感染性疾病的诊断价值。方法选取2012年9月—2013年9月九江市第一人民医院收治的感染性疾病患者68例,根据感染性质将患者分为细菌感染组(A组)与病毒感染组(B组),各34例。另选取同期行健康体检者34例作为C组。分别检测3组的PCT、CD64、CRP水平。观察3组PCT、CD64、CRP检测结果及阳性率。结果 3组PCT、CD64、CRP比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组PCT、CD64、CRP大于B、C组,B组PCT、CRP大于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组PCT、CD64、CRP检测阳性率高于B、C组,B组CRP检测阳性率高于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PCT、CD64、CRP共同检测可提高感染性疾病的检出率,更加全面地分析和诊断患者的感染状况,尽早治疗。
