60例心肾不交型原发性抑郁症患者脑电超慢涨落图的特征研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨心肾不交型原发性抑郁症患者的脑电超慢涨落图(EFG)特征。方法采用非随机对照实验,选择60例心肾不交型原发性抑郁症患者为心肾不交组,60名健康人为对照组,运用EFG分析技术检测脑内神经递质的值,通过对两组数据的全脑平均值及同一脑区同一脑神经递质进行比较,运用SPSS 17.0软件包进行数据统计,找出存在差异的脑区。结果心肾不交组脑神经递质强兴奋递质(EXE)全脑平均值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.210,P=0.029);两组其他脑神经递质全脑平均值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。心肾不交组右额部脑神经递质EXE值低于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组其他同一脑区的相同脑神经递质比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心肾不交型原发性抑郁症的发生与右额部脑区最相关。 Objective To investigate the characteristic of encephalofluctuograph in primary depressed patients with syndrome type of disharmony between heart and kidney. Methods A non randomized control ed trial was adopted. Sixty patients with primary de-pressed and syndrome type of disharmony between heart and kidney were chosen as study group.Sixty healthy volunteers were cho-sen as control group. The values of neurotransmitters in study and control group were measured by using encephalofluctuograph (EFG)technology.By comparing average values of neurotransmitters in the whole brain and respective values of same neurotrans-mitters in the same brain regions between two groups,we could find out which encephalic region has difference through data statis-tics using SPSS 17.0.Results The values of EXE in patients’brain were lower than the control group in the right prefrontal brain re-gion,with statistical y significant difference (P<0.05).There was no statistical y significant difference in other brain regions between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Primary depression with type of disharmony between heart and kidney is most relevant with right prefrontal brain region.
