摘要
采用前水解法聚合工艺及低温偶氮引发体系,制备超高分子量阴离子聚丙烯酰胺。试验考察了聚合温度、引发剂加量、链转移剂加量及助溶剂加量等因素对产品性能的影响,得到了最佳合成条件:聚合温度5~25℃,偶氮引发剂加量100~300 mg/L,链转移剂加量380~550 mg/L,助溶剂加量2%~5%。
Ultra high molecular weight anion polyacrylamide was prepared by former hydrol-ysis process and low temperature azoic compound initiator system . The experiments studied effect of the factors such as polymerization temperature , respective dosage of the initiator , chain transfer agent and cosolvent on properties of the polyacrylamide product , and the following opti-mal synthesis conditions were obtained such as polymerization temperature was 5-25℃, dos-age of the azoic compound initiator , chain transfer agent and cosolvent were respectively 100-300 mg/L, 380-550 mg/L and 2%-5%.
