摘要
目的探讨骨科护理中的安全隐患及防范对策。方法选取我院收治的80例骨科患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果护理前患者的总有效率为52.50%,护理后患者的总有效率为71.25%,两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前患者的满意度为76.25%,护理后患者的满意度为91.25%,两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论适当的干预性护理措施,可明显提高骨科患者的有效率,提高护理满意度,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the security risks and countermeasures of nursing in department of orthopedics. Methods Analyzed of the clinical data of 80 cases of patients in department of orthopedics. Results The total effective rate was 52.50% before the implementation of the nursing measures and the total effective rate was 71.25% after the implementation of the nursing measures. There was a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The patient satisfaction was 76.25% before the implementation of the nursing measures and the patient satisfaction was 91.25% after the implementation of the nursing measures. There was a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing interVention measures can significantly improve the efficiency of patients in Department of orthopedics and improve patient satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
