摘要 制备纳米级双相磷酸钙(BCP)生物陶瓷粉体。采用溶胶-凝胶法,以(CH3 O)3 P 和 Ca(NO3)2·4H2 O为主要原料,通过钙 XRD、SEM、TEM等检测方法,探索煅烧温度及原料初始 Ca /P 比对产物组成以及粉体粒径的影响。煅烧温度对产物钙磷比、颗粒尺寸均有一定影响,调节反应物初始 Ca /P 可控制产物两相组成比例,进而调节产物生物活性、降解速度等特性。通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了粒径为50~100纳米、粒径和组成可控的双相磷酸钙粉体。 To prepare nano -sized biphasic calcium phosphate (BCP)bioceramic powders.BCP was prepared by a sol -gel method starting from (CH3 O)3 P and Ca(NO3 )24H2 O.The product was analyzed using XRD,SEM and TEM.The influences of the heat treating temperature and the starting Ca/P mol ratio on the composition and particle size of BCP product were investigated.The heat treating temperature had certain influence on the Ca/P mol ratio and the particle size of the product.The phase constitution which decides the bioactivity and bio -degradation of the product could be controlled by the starting Ca/P mol ratio.Nano sized biphasic cal-cium phosphate (BCP)bioceramic powders with range from 50nm to 100nm can be derived from sol -gel method.The particle size and the constitution of the product can be controlled by the process condition.
