摘要
目的观察耳穴贴压配合高压氧治疗神经性耳鸣(NT)的临床疗效。方法选取2012年4月至2014年3月威海市文登中心医院耳鼻喉科门诊或住院的NT患者97例。采用随机数字表法将97例NT患者随机分为观察组48例和对照组49例。观察组男22例,女26例,年龄最小22岁,最大67岁,平均年龄(44.8±3.3)岁,平均病程(191.2±0.41)d;对照组男24例,女25例,年龄最小26岁,最大65岁,平均年龄(45.6±3.1)岁,平均病程(189.7±0.57)d。对照组采用单纯常规治疗;观察组在对照组基础上辅以耳穴贴压治疗,每天按压3~4次,每穴l^2 min,并在高压氧治疗稳压期间再次按压耳穴。10 d为1个疗程,两个疗程后进行疗效评价。采用SPSS 13.0统计学软件进行数据分析,组间率的比较采用x2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果治疗两个疗程后,观察组痊愈11例,显效18例,有效15例,总有效率91.7%(44/48);对照组痊愈5例,显效12例,有效19例,总有效率73.5%(36/49)。两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=5.555,P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压配合高压氧治疗NT疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular point sticking plus hyperbaric oxygen treatment for neurogenic tinnitus（ NT）. Methods A total of 97 patients with NT hospitalized in otolaryngology department, Weihai Whedon Center Hospital between April 2012 and March 2014 were included in this study. Patients were randomly divided into observation group（ n=48） and control group（ n=49） using the random number table method. There were 22 male patients and 26 female patients in observation group, with the average age（ 44.8±3.3） years, average disease duration（ 189.7±0.57） d. There were 24 male patients and 25 female patients in control group, with the average age（ 45.6±3.1） years, average disease duration（ 189.7±0.57） d. Control group was given routine therapy. Observation group was treated with auricular application pressure on the basis of routine therapy, with point pressing 3～4 times a day for l～2 minutes. During the hyperbaric oxygen therapy auricular point was pressed regularly. Ten days was for a period of treatment, and the curative effect was evaluated after two courses of treatment. SPSS 13.0 software was used for data analysis. χ^2 test was used for the comparison between group rate. Significant differences were taken when P〈0.05. Results After two courses of treatment, 11 patients were recovered completely, 18 cases were markedly effective, 15 effective, and the total effective rate was 91.7 %（44/48）. in observation group. For control group, 5 patients were cured, 12 cases were markedly effective, 19 effective, and the total effective rate was 73.5 %（36/49）. There was a significant difference in effective rate between two groups（χ^2 = 5.555, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Auricular acupuncture with hyperbaric oxygen treatment is significantly effective in the treatment of NT.
