摘要
改革开放以来,我国经济发展取得了巨大成就,但与此同时环境问题也日益突出。如何使我国经济发展朝着"高效率、低污染、低排放"的集约型增长方式转变,是我国经济发展面临的重大问题。本文以建设资源节约型企业为出发点,分析企业实施技术创新的影响因素,就企业如何在节能环保的视野下实施技术创新,提出相应的对策,从而保证企业实现可持续发展,达到企业与社会的双赢。
Since the reform and opening up, China＇s economic development has made great a- chievements, but at the same time, environmental problems have become increasingly promi- nent. How to make China＇s economic development change towards the intensive economic de- velopment mode of ＂high efficiency, low pollution, low emission＂ is a major issue China＇s eco- nomic development is faced with. This paper, taking building resource -saving enterprises as the starting point, analyzes the factors affecting the implementation of technological innovation of the enterprise, offers corresponding countermeasures about how the enterprises implement technological innovation from the perspective of the energy conservation and environmental pro- tection, so as to ensure the realization of sustainable development of enterprises, to achieve the double win of enterprise and society.
