复杂移动装备在线监测方案设计

摘要 针对复杂移动装备离线式性能检测与故障诊断存在操作复杂、检测设备庞大、无法动态带载监测等诸多问题,设计了智能加速度、温度、转速、压力等传感器单元,用于实时采集装备运行中的多种信号,经过信号调理和特征提取后,利用CAN总线传输至车载信息综合管理中心,不仅为装备操作人员提供实时运行参数,还通过无线通信方式将特征参数传输至移动装备诊断服务器,实现更精细的状态监测与故障诊断.利用所设计的在线监测系统,可实现装备的在线动态带载全过程诊断,有利于发现早期故障和潜在故障,提高复杂装备故障诊断的精度和水平. In view of the problems with off-line condition monitoring for off-line fault diagnosis of mobile weapon equipment, such as complicated operation, test equipment being too large, and being unable to conduct monitoring etc. ,online condition monitoring system is designed. Firstly, intelligent acceleration sensor, temperature sensor, speed sensor and pressure sensor are designed to measure real-time signals of weapon equipment. Secondly, the measured signals are extracted and the feature parameters are transmitted to the comprehensive information center. The feature parameters are presented to the operation personnel while the parameters are transmitted to fault diagnosis server using wireless communication technology to achieve accurate diagnosis.Using the designed online condition monitoring system, online dynamic condition monitoring and fault diagnosis is achieved.It is useful for finding incipient faults and potential faults to improve fault diagnosis precision.
