摘要 随着环境与能源问题的日益突出,LED灯因其具有能耗低、寿命长、高亮度、低热量、材料环保的优点,逐渐引起了社会的关注,成为研究的热点。在研究和分析LED电气特性的基础上,设计了一种由LED驱动电路和单片机检测电路组成的LED电气特性测试仪,可对LED恒流驱动,同时实现对LED灯的电流、电压、温度等参数的采样与显示。驱动电路采用单级反激式拓扑结构,以SA7527为核心设计PWM开关电源电路,实现了功率因数校正,简化了电路结构,具有较高的功率因数,同时具有恒流限压的特点,效率可达88%以上。检测电路以ATmega16单片机为核心,实现对LED灯电流、电压、温度等参数的实时监测及显示。实践表明,该测试仪可以实现对LED电气特性的测试与监控,具有较好的研究与应用前景。 As the issues of energy and environment have been focused on increasingly,the LED lamp,with the advantages of low energy consumption,long life,high brightness,low quantity of heat, environmental protection material,gradually arouses the concern and becomes the research hot spot. Based on the study and analysis of the electrical characteristics of LED,a LED electrical characteristics tester composed by LED driving circuit and SCM (Single Chip Microcomputer)detection circuit is designed,which can drive the LED with the constant current to sample and display the parameters of LED lamp,such as current,voltage and temperature.In the driving circuit,a single -stage flyback topology is used and the PWMswitching power supply circuit is designed with SA7527 as the core to realize power factor correction and simplify the circuit structure,which has the advantages of high power factor, limiting voltage with constant current and high efficiency (upto 88%).The detection circuit,using ATmega16 MCU as the core,can monitor and display the LED parameters of the current,voltage and temperature at real time.The practice shows that this tester can test and monitor the LED electrical characteristics and has good prospects for research and application.
