摘要
液化气脱硫装置MDEA脱硫溶液在运行过程中经常出现发泡现象,发泡时引起的雾沫夹带会造成吸收液大量损失,使脱硫装置无法平稳运行。通过单因素发泡试验分析,找出导致MDEA脱硫溶液发泡的各种影响因素,为后续制定抑制溶液发泡的技术措施提供理论依据。
Foaming occurs of liquefied gas desulfurization devices in the proeess of MDEA desulfurization running which caused absorbing liquid entrainment loss and made the desulfurization device cannot run smoothly. The factors affecting the MDEA desulfurization solution foaming were found by single factor foaming experiment. The experiment provided theory basis for inhibiting foaming technology.
