摘要
综述了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)的新进展,探讨了ICP-MS的原理及其技术,希望能够通过对ICP-MS技术研究的分析,找出解决方案,改善ICP-MS现存的问题。
The new progress of the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry （ICP MS） is summarized, the principle and technology of ICP-MS are discussed. Through the analysis of the ICP-MS technology research, the solution is found out, and the existing problems of ICP-MS are improved.
