摘要
以我国31个省(市、自治区)区域经济、体育产业和群众体育综合协调发展为研究对象,运用文献资料法、专家调查法和数理统计法,分别构建三者的发展指标评价体系。对三者综合发展度和协调度进行度量,并探讨影响综合发展度和协调度的关键因素;制定三者综合发展度和协调度的等级评价标准,分析不同评价等级综合发展度和协调度等级区域特征。结果显示:(1)构建的发展评价指标体系包括8个一级指标和可操作的22个二级指标,并具有较高的效度和信度;(2)影响综合发展度和协调度的关键因素为体育产业和群众体育;(3)综合发展度和协调度划分上等、中上等、中等、中下等和下等5个等级;(4)有7个地区的综合发展度低于协调度,5个地区的综合发展度高于协调度,19个地区的综合发展度同于协调度。
With the balanced development of regional imbalanced development, sports industry and mass sports in China＇s 31 provinces （area, city） as the research object. Through literature, expert survey and mathematical statistics methods, the article builds three development indicators evaluation system re- spectively. The degrees of the comprehensive development and coordination were measured, and the influencing key factors were discussed, The grade of eval- uation index was formulated and regional characteristics of degrees of comprehensive development and coordination of different rank were analyzed. The re- sults showed ： 1 ） The development evaluation system for the regional imbalanced development, sports industry and mass sports has high validity and reliabili- ty and includes eight primary index and 22 secondary indexes which is workable; 2） The key factors influencing the degrees of the comprehensive develop- ment and coordination is sports industry and mass sports respectively; 3 ） The degrees of the comprehensive development and coordination of can be divided into 5 grade ,which is upper, middle and upper, middle, and inferior in the lower; 4） The degrees of comprehensive development of seven areas are less than its coordination degree, five areas are adverse, nineteen areas are equal.
