摘要
多囊卵巢综合征是临床常见的生殖内分泌代谢障碍疾病,有出现糖尿病、心血管疾病等并发症的风险。在多囊卵巢综合征中,胰岛素抵抗、高胰岛素血症起着重要的病理生理作用。中医辨证论治在改善多囊卵巢综合征患者的生殖功能、调节糖脂代谢及预防并发症方面有良好的疗效。
Polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） is a common clinical disease characterized by reproductive en-docrine and metabolic abnormalities, which even has the risk of developing complications such as diabetes and cardio-vascular diseases. The insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia play an important role in the pathophysiologic process of polycystic ovary syndrome. Syndrome differentiation and treatment are intended to improve the reproductive func-tion in women with PCOS, and has obtained good curative effect on regulating glucolipid metabolism and preventing complications.
