摘要
社区康复是解决残疾人社会生活的有效途径,它的宗旨就是使残疾人全面地参与社会生活。发展社区康复必须适应我国国情。我国在卫生、民政及许多方面所取得的成绩形成了优势,为社区康复的发展奠定了基础。我国的许多地方在社会各界支持下,建立了由社区政权机构领导的多种形式的社区康复组织,形成了我国社区康复的主流。加强社区康复理论的研究和宣传,进一步规划、领导社区康复工作的开展,使其更适合我国国情,是今后的主要任务。
To develop comunity based rehabilitation(CBR) in developing countries is very important, and so it is with China. But, because of the differences in social system, economy and cultural level, it is impossible to copy the same model of CBR. Lots of facts were gived in this article to show that the CBR in our country might be somewhat spontaneous, especially the experience of the CBR in Shenyang, which had opened a new way of CBR with the characteristics of our country.
