摘要
分别用聚氨酯PU-NEW、交联剂(聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵)、固色剂Y、2D蓝光树脂对两种不同的牛仔面料进行后处理,对提高牛仔面料耐摩擦色牢度后处理的方法进行了探究。结果表明:四种处理剂对两种牛仔面料的耐摩擦色牢度均有一定的影响;处理后的牛仔布的物理性能有所变化,但是均在牛仔服装标准FZ/T81006-2007要求范围内,其变化不影响服用性能。
In this study, the polyurethane PU-NEW, crosslinking agent （PDADMAC）, color fixing agent Y and 2D resin were used in aftertreatment of two different kinds of denim fabric. The results show that the rubbing fastnesses of two different kinds of denim fabric have changed. The physical performance of the denim fabrics that through aftertreatment have changed. Anyway, it conformed to requirement of FZ/T81006-2007. The change does not affect wearability.
