摘要
通过试验发现,加大菌穴密度和穴孔直径来增加用种量促菌早生快发,抑制杂菌发生;将段木打孔后适当晾晒至穴内出现微裂时接种,用方形木质盖封口、晾摊发菌等措施可以提高发菌质量和速度,缩短生产周期;增加利用细段木栽培黑木耳、不搭棚露天育耳缓解了林木资源矛盾,改善了黑木耳的产量和品质。建议在品种选择上根据市场消费者喜好和当地气候条件选择菊花状916或单片的新科1号。整套技术集成使段木黑木耳栽培更简捷、更高效。
The paper explored the improved techniques of A. auricula-judae log cultivation in the South of Henan. The system includes enlarging the inoculation density and the hole diameter to augment the inoculation quantity, then to promote the mycelia germination and refrain the competitors" growth; making holes on the logs and exposing them till there are small cracks in the holes, then inoculating the holes, sealing the holes with wooden cover and letting them germinate in the open ground, by doing so to improve the quality and growth speed of mycelia and shorten the product cycle; increasing the utilization of slim logs and the unemployment of greenhouse relieve the forestry shortage and promote the production and quality; choosing the cultivation species chrysanthemum-like 916 or single-fruiting body species Xinke 1 in accordance with consumers" choice and the local climate. The systematic technique makes the A. auricula-judae log cultivation briefer and more efficient.
