海南岛黄槿长枝扦插育苗试验 被引量:2

Trial on Long Shoots Cutting of Hibiscus tiliaceus in Hainan Island

摘要 为了筛选优良黄槿母树为繁殖优良苗木服务,在海南岛环岛海岸的不同地理位置及离海岸线不同距离的黄槿母树上采集粗2-4 cm、长80-100 cm的枝条为材料,对海岸不同地理位置的黄槿母树枝条,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,探讨不同基质、不同植物生长调节剂种类、浓度对其扦插生根的影响;对离海岸线不同距离的黄槿母树枝条,以红壤+河沙(体积比1∶1)为基质,用100 mg·L^-1ABT1浸泡插条基部2 h后,进行扦插育苗试验。结果表明:对于海岸带不同地理位置的黄槿母树枝条,在成活率和生根数方面,最优的处理组合为河沙-万宁-IBA 200 mg·L^-1,即以河沙为基质、万宁市后安镇后市村的黄槿母树枝条为插条、IBA 200 mg·L-1浸泡基部2 h,该处理组合插条的成活率为91.11%,平均根数为26.33条。对于离海岸线不同距离的黄槿母树枝条,采自距海岸线垂直距离6.4 km的黄槿母树枝条(位于海口市秀英区文龙村)扦插成活率最高,达91.67%;平均根数最多,达31.58条。表明优选的黄槿母树位于万宁市后安镇后市村及海口市秀英区文龙村(距海岸线垂直距离6.4 km),育苗成活率高达90.00%以上,扦插苗生活力大于其它地区的母树;用粗长枝进行扦插育苗也能获得较好的效果,而且见效快,在生产应用中可以缩短育苗周期。 In order to screen fine mother trees of Hibiscus tiliaeeus for fine cuttage propagation,it was carried out the cutting breeding experiment with mother trees of 1t. tiliaceus distributed on the different geographical positions around the coast of Hainan Island, and with mother trees distributed on areas with different distances from the coastline. For the shoots collected from mother trees distribu- ted on different positions, an experiment on cutting of tt. tiliaceus was conducted with L9 (34 ) orthogonal experimental design. It was studied the effects of different substrates, different plant growth regulators and concentrations on rooting of H. tiliaceus. The results showed that, the best treatment combination for a high survival rate and number of rooting was fiver sand-Wanning-IBA 200 mg ~ L-l, namely, with fiver sand as the substrate, cuttings which collected from mother trees of H. tiliaceus locate in Houshi village of Houan town ,Wanning city, dipping cuttings in solution of IBA with 200 mg ~ L-1 for 2 hours, with this treatment combination the survival rate was 91.11% ,the average number of roofing was 26.33. For the shoots collected from mother trees distributed on areas with different distances from the coastline, another experiment on cutting of It. tiliaceus was carried out with cuttings planted in the mixture medium of red soil and river sand ( volume ratio 1 : 1 ), and the cuttings were treated by ABT1 with 100 mg·L^-1 for 2 hours. The results showed that the highest survival rate and most average root number cuttings of H. tiliaceus are located in the verti- cal distance of 6.4 km away from the coastline ( In Wenlong village of Xiuying district, Haikou city). The survival rate of seedling was 91.67 % , and the average number of rooting was 31.58. Learned from the experiments, the preferred mother trees of H. tiliaceus arelocated in Houshi village of Houan town, Wanning city, and in Wenlong village of Xiuying district, Haikou city. The survival rate of seedling was above 90. 00%. The seedling viability of H. tiliaceus from Houshi cutting and Wenlong cutting were higher than those from other areas. It could obtain better results and be quick on cuttage seedling with thick and long shoots, also can shorten the breeding cycle in the application.
