To compare with volatile components of the wild Honeysuckle fruit, the wild Honeysuckle and the wild Honeysuckle leaf. Steam distillation was used to extract the volatile substances from the wild Honeysuckle fruit ,the wild Honeysuckle and the wild Honeysuckle leaf, GC-MS was used to analyze and identify the chemical components of the volatile substances, and area normalization was used to quantify the relative contents of the chemical constituents in the volatile substances. The results show that in the volatile components of the wild Honeysuckle fruit, the wild Honeysuckle and the wild Honeysuckle leaf, the order of the esters content is the wild Honeysuckle fruit 〉 the Honeysuckle leaf 〉 the wild Honeysuckle ; the order of the content of aldehyde, ketenes and alcohol is the wild Honeysuckle 〉 the wild Honeysuckle fruit 〉 the wild Honeysuckle Leaf; the order of the aromatic content is the wild Honeysuckle Leaf 〉 the wild Honeysuckle fruit 〉 the wild Honeysuckle ;the alkenes content in the wild Honeysuckle fruit is more than others ; all three contain Linalool., and the content is relatively high. There are obvious differences between the volatile components of the wild Honeysuckle fruit,the wild Honeysuckle and the wild Honeysuckle leaf,three clinical applications should be different;linalool is the material base of the common effect of them. Suggestion is given that future research should focus on the research on the active ingre- dients and pharmacological effects of the Honeysuckle fruit.
