摘要
高职教育在当前的社会下的培养目标是教育出符合新时代要求的具有高素质和技能的专业人才,国家重要机构也曾非常明确地定义了在学校的教育过程中应该树立"健康为首"的科学的方向,学校是一个培养人才的重要场所,它被要求在时代更新的同时不断地改革自己教育方法,适应社会发展的需要。体育在高职教育中是很重要的一个教育部分,本文主要全面地分析高职教育的具体内容和实际意义,开展一些相关课程,高职的体育教学应该把培养拥有高技能还有高体制的人才当做着手点,建立一套关于体育技能的深层课程。
The objective of higher vocational education in the current society is to cultivate high-quality and skilled profes- sionals suitable for the new era, and important national institu- tions have clearly pointed out that the scientific direction of ＂health first＂ should he established in school education. In order to meet the needs of social development, the school, as an impor- tant place for talent cultivation, is required to continuously reform its education methods in the changing era. Sports education con- stitutes an important part in higher vocational education. To com- prehensively analyze the specific content of higher vocational ed- ucation is of realistic significance. In addition to opening related courses, higher vocational sports teaching should start from the cultivation of skilled and healthy talents, and establish a set of further courses about sports skills.
