摘要
构建终身教育体系、建设学习型社会是一种国际潮流,也是我国政府强力推进的一项根本国策。然而,各地终身教育体系的普遍构建并非一朝一夕之事,它需要采取过硬措施、借鉴经验、努力践行。作为全国终身教育体系构建的先行区、示范区之一的湘潭市在这方面积累了宝贵的经验可供参考。
To construct a lifelong education system and build a learning-oriented society is an international trend, as well as a basic national policy vigorously promoted by our government. However, the construction of lifelong education system around the country cannot he realized easily, but needs feasible measures, successful experience and hard work. As one of the pioneering regions for the construction of lifelong education system in China, Xiangtan City has accumulated precious experience in this as- pect.
