摘要
针对嵌入式计算机存在的空间辐射超标,电磁泄漏问题,设计实现一种具有高屏蔽效能的计算机。计算机机壳的设计,以电磁屏蔽的材料屏蔽效能、缝隙处理方法为基础,采用了工程化的方法,保证设计的计算机可靠、合理。通过验证,铝合金材料的机壳屏蔽效能较高,同时,依据试验结果改进了计算机孔洞、缝隙的设计。试验在GJB标准下进行EMC空间辐射试验(RE102)项目,检验计算机对电磁波的屏蔽能力。最终计算机通过了RE102试验,其在空间辐射水平上不超过环境噪声3d B,表明计算机机壳具有较高的屏蔽效能。
Aiming at the over-proof of embedded computer space radiation levels,result in electromagnetic leakage,design and im-plementation a kind of computer which has advantages shielding effectiveness.According to electromagnetism shield technolo-gy,the enclosure of computer is designed on the required of engineering appliance.By comparing with several materials shielding effectiveness,stainless steel,mild steel plating Nl and aluminum al oy,and optimize the ground connection about holes and gaps by the analogy of EMC conclusion.Ultimately.The EMC result shows that our computer passes the RE102 test.
