摘要
测量各工况下直喷柴油机的喷油压力、针阀升程及气缸压力,计算分析喷油及燃烧过程各参数循环波动变化情况。结果表明,标定工况和最大扭矩工况时平均指示压力的循环波动率较小,燃烧稳定;供油提前角增加,最大燃烧压力和最大压力升高率都增加,针阀升程曲线形状变化不大,滞燃期稍有延长;最大燃烧压力相位、最大压力升高率相位、针阀升程相位、燃烧始点提前,但这些相位的循环波动率变化都不大;最大压力升高率的循环波动较大,最大燃烧压力的循环波动较小。
The cyclic variations of fuel injection and combustion in a DI diesel engine are analyzed by measuring fuel pressure, needle lift and cylinder pressure. It is found that the cyclic variation of mean indicated pressure is smaller at rated condition and the maximum torque condition. With increase of the fuel Supply advance angle, the maximum cylinder pressure and maximum cylinder pressure rise increase. The shape of the needle valve lift curve does not change obviously, and their corresponding phases and ignition time advance ,but the cyclic variations of their corresponding phases do not change obviously. The cyclic variation of maximum cylinder pressure rise is bigger at all conditions. The cyclic variation of maximum combustion pressure is smaller relatively.
