摘要
为了使汽车悬架控制臂具有更合理的结构和稳定的动态特性,在模态分析的理论基础上,应用CATIA软件建立了控制臂的三维模型,并将控制臂模型导入ANSYS分析软件中,对其进行了有限元模态分析,获得了汽车悬架控制臂前6阶的固有频率和振型,通过对前6阶模态固有振型的匹配分析,找出了汽车悬架控制臂振动的薄弱环节,为汽车悬架控制臂的进一步优化设计提供了一定的理论依据。
In order to obtain a more reasonable structure of a automobile suspension control arm, the paper established a 3D model of the suspension control arm based on CATIA software and modal analysis theory, guided the 3D model into ANSYS software, carried out the finite element analysis, then obtained first 6-order natural frequencies and vibration modes and analyzed them in matching, found out the weak link of the control arm, and which could provide a certain theoretical basis for further optimization design of the control arm.
