摘要
介绍电解电容器纸用麻浆的传统纯化工艺,并对传统纯化工艺进行改进,将传统纯化工艺过程中酸处理后的浆料进行置换洗涤和加碱处理,重点探讨置换次数、加碱量对洗涤效果的影响,得出最优置换次数为两次,最优加碱量为1%。使用改进工艺抄造的纸张来制备铝电解电容器半成品并对其电气性能进行检测,检测结果显示产品介质损耗角正切值(tanδ)降低40%,漏电流减小73%,有效提高了产品质量。
Traditional Manila hemp pulp purification process used for electrolytic capacitor paper papermaking was reported and improved by adding methods of replacement-washing and alkali treatment to the pulp treated by sulfuric acid. Times of replacement- washing and volume of alkali were discussed. Results showed that two times replacement-washing is enough, and the optimum volume of alkali is 1%. Then the paper was used to make aluminium electrolytic capacitors and their electrical performance was tested, results show that the dielectric loss angle tangent delta (tanδ) reduce 40% and leakage current decrease 73%.The products quality is improved greatly.
