摘要
介绍了水轮机转轮用Cr-Ni-Mo马氏体不锈钢的成分设计思路和研发成果,并对其固态相变规律和性能关系进行了分析,指出不同工况要求应采用不同的热处理工艺,最后提出了转轮材料今后研究的方向。
This paper introduces the metallographic design of Cr-Ni-Mo Matensite stainless steel cast as runners of hydro turbines, along with pertrnent achive ments. The paper also presents analyses of solid phase transformation, suggesting that heat treatment technigues should be adjusted according to different operational modes of turbines and runners. Advice for further researches are given at the end.
