摘要
对某国产超超临界火电汽轮机组的调节阀操纵机构液压原理进行了阐述,通过Amesim软件进行了模型建立,并对其关键特性进行了仿真分析。主要分析了调节阀操纵机构在开启和关闭过程中其工作腔油压与行程的关系曲线和快速关闭的时间曲线,并将仿真结果与实际试验数据进行对比分析。从分析中可看出其仿真结果与实际试验数据基本一致,从而验证了模型的合理性,为将来火电汽轮机调节阀操纵机构的设计和优化提供了理论基础。
In this paper, hydraulic principles of control valve operating mechanism for a certain domestic ultra-supereritical thermal power are described and models are established by using the Amesim software. The key features of which are analyzed, including the relationship of oil pressure of curve and stroke of actuator in the opening and closing process and the time when it is fast closed. Comparison of the simulation results with the actual test data is made, which indicates the models are reasonable as the theoretical basis for future design and optimization.
