摘要
介绍了一种大功率逆变器自动功率测试平台。测试台由整流器、逆变器、主控制器和电抗器组成。被测逆变器的A,B,C三相通过电抗器分别与测试台的逆变器A,B,C相连接,直流侧与测试台整流器的直流侧连接。平台采用主从控制模式,主控制器向两台逆变器同时发送控制信息,并将采集到的信息收集处理,同时实时显示系统的运行状态和设备信息。该测试平台从电网取电少,操作简单,测试过程自动化,测试项目全面,适合大功率逆变器的出厂测试。
An automatic test platform for power test of high power inverter was introduced. The platform consisted of diode rectifier, IGBT inverter, master controller and three phase reactor. Through the three phase reactor, A, B, C phase outputs of platform were connected to A, B, C phase outputs of the tested inverter respectively. Also, the DC links were connected each other commonly. The master-slave controller mode was adopted, the master controller sended controlling messages to two slaves simultaneously, and then information from slaves was collected and processed. And meanwhile, it displayed the operation state when the platform working and information of equipment tested. Simple operation, low power consumption, automatic test flow are the advantages of this platform, it's the very equipment for factory test.
