摘要
护理专业毕业生从事护理职业岗位的凭证是护士执业资格证书。能否通过全国执业护士资格考试直接影响其是否顺利就业,学生考试通过率直接反映学校教学质量。我校在领会护士资格考试政策的前提下,紧密结合学生实际情况,高度重视、科学安排、精心组织、抓好实习、强化技能等提高考试通过率。同时正确看待考试成绩和通过率,把提高教学质量、培养合格护理人才作为学校科学发展的最终目标。
The nurse qualification certificate is evidence for nursing graduate certiifcate nurse job. Whether passed Chinese license examination for nurses directly affect employment, the pass rates directly reflect the quality of school teaching. our college understand Chinese license examination for nurses policy, combined with students actual situation , pay high attention, scientiifc arrangement, elaborate organization, pay special attention to the practice, strengthening the skills to improve the examination passing rate. Meanwhile we treated exam results and pass rate correctly. To improve the teaching quality and cultivating qualiifed personnel is the ultimate goal of scientiifc development.
