摘要
目的 综合临床实际检查资料,研究超声诊断胎儿畸形的临床应用价值。方法 研究对象主要为2010年1月~2014年1月临床引产及分娩后证实的85例胎儿畸形孕妇,结合临床实际检查资料,对其检查的一般资料、胎儿畸形情况等进行回顾性归纳总结。结果 超声诊断确诊率为96.5%,与临床引产及分娩结果统计学检验未见显著差异（P〉0.05）。胎儿畸形中心血管畸形占27.1%,其次为神经系统23.5%,其他均较少。畸形严重程度超声诊断为72.0%,临床结果为74.1%,统计学检验分析数据间无显著差异性（P〉0.05）。结论 超声对胎儿畸形的诊断具有较高的准确率,可对胎儿时期中的不良发育情况进行发现和预防,对优生优育具有指导性意义;孕妇按时行超声检查可对胎儿的发育情况进行监测,有利于保证胎儿的正常发育。
Objective： This paper is to integrate clinically practical examination data and clinical application value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities. Methods： Research subjects mainly include 85 pregnant women delivering fetal abnormalities after clinical odinopoeia and childbirth from January, 2010 to January 2014, and clinically practical inspection data was combined to retrospectively summarize general data of inspection and fetal malformation, etc. Results： The accuracy rate of type-B ultrasound diagnosis hit 96.5%, and there was significant difference in statistical examinations of clinical induced labor and delivery results （P〉0.05） . Central vascular malformation occupied 27.1%in fetus malformation, followed by nervous system at 23.5%, the proportion of others was less. The deformity severity of type-B ultrasound diagnosis hit 72.0%, clinical results accounts 74.1%, and there was no significant difference in the inter-data of statistical test analysis （P〉0.05） .Conclusions： Ultrasound delivers high accuracy in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities, adverse development conditions of fetal period can be found and prevented, and it imposes guiding significance in sound child rearing. Pregnant women timely undergoing ultrasonic examination may monitor fetal development and to ensure normal development of the fetus.
