摘要
汉字作为中国传统文化的重要载体,包含着造字时代及之前丰富的历史文化信息,是我们研究古代历史文化的重要依据。《说文解字》作为我国现存最古老而成系统的字书,贮存着丰富的古代文化信息,从其中的食部、米部、酉部等相关的字群里,可以窥探出中国的饮食文化,包括饮食习俗文化、饮食待客文化、饮食祭祀文化。
As an important carrier of recording and Chinese inheriting traditional culture, Chinese characters include rich information of the age of word-making and the history and culture, which forms an important basis for our study of ancient historical culture. As China＇s oldest and systematic wordbook in existence, A Dictionary of Chinese Hieroglyphics and Words also contains rich ancient culture information. From the relevant word groups of the radicals of food, rice and wine, etc., we can spy out of the Chinese diet culture. From the perspective of the culture of Chinese character, according to relevant ancient writing recorded in A Dictionary of Chinese Hieroglyphics and Words, from the forms and meanings of characters and combining the ancient literature material, the paper makes a simple study and probes into the Chinese diet custom.
