摘要
面对生态林业发展新趋势,本文系统总结天阶山国家森林公园的经营与管理特点,并分析天阶山国家森林公园在经营与管理上存在的主要问题,从保护、资产、产权、所有权与经营权、管理体制、政府服务等方面提出了改进与发展森林公园森林旅游资源经营管理的途径。
According to the new trend in the development of ecological forestry, the paper summarize the characteristics of the operation and management of Tianjieshan National Forest Park, and analysis the main problems existing in the operation and management of Tianjieshan national Forest Park. From the protection, assets, property rights, ownership and management, management system, government services and other aspects put forward the ways of improvement and development of forest tourism resources of Forest Park management.
