摘要
目的:评价群组管理对住院精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法:将89例住院精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,干预组45例和对照组44例,2组患者均接受常规治疗护理,干预组在此基础上接受为期5周的群组活动。在干预前、后分别用住院精神病患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)、生活技能训练(SST)评定量表进行评价。结果:干预组患者训练后SSPI、SST量表总分与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗护理的基础上结合群组管理能有效地改善住院精神分裂症患者的社会功能,提高日常生活技能,值得在精神科推广、应用。
Objective： To explore the effect of group management on social function of patients with schizophrenia. Methods： Totally 89 cases of hospitalized schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in the intervention group and the other 44 cases in the control group. All of the patients received routine treatment and care. A five-week group activity was implemented in the study group. Before and after the intervention, Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients （SSPI） and Social Skills Training （SST） rating scale were used to evaluate the effects. Results： After the intervention, both SSPI and SST total scores were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Combined group management with the conventional drug therapy could improve social function of schizophrenic patients and increase their daily living skills.
