摘要
历史性城市景观将城市理解为时间和空间的统一体,把动态发展的城市及其与周边环境的联系都作为遗产保护的范畴,为历史文化名城的保护方法提供了有益的参考。烟台是明清时期的海防军事重镇,又是清末开埠的通商口岸,形成了军镇防卫和商埠港口格局互相镶嵌、中国传统建筑和近现代建筑风貌互相交织的历史性城市景观。保护烟台的历史性城市景观,应在深入分析其演变过程和空间特征的基础上,动态保护城市发展各时期留存的景观,整体保护城市空间格局和总体风貌,关联保护自然环境和更大范围的文化遗产,以实现城市历史文化的可持续传承与发展。
In recent yeats, UNESCO promote the practices of the historic urban landscape （ HUL ） approach around the world. HUL is a continuous and interactive product of cultural and natural values intertwining in the history. It includes a broader urban background and its geographical environment in addition to the historic center. HUL considers that the city is a unity of time and space and that the dynamic city and its surrounding environment are all the conservation objects. It provides a useful reference to the protection of historic and cultural cities. Yantai is a coastal military town in the Ming and Qing Dynasties and a trading port in the late Qing Dynasty; therefore, it formed a mosaic pattem of the military town and the commercial port, and also a mixed historic urban landscape with Chinese traditional architecture style and modem architecture style. The protection ofYantai＇ s HUL is based on the analysis of Yantai＇ s evolution and spatial characteristics, and includes the protection dynamical of the historic landscape of the different urban periods, the protection integrate of the urban spatial pattern and the townscape, and the protection correhtive of the natural envirounlent and a greater range of heritage. Therefore, the HUL approach can achieve the sustainable inheritance and development of the historic culture.
