一种超分子化合物的合成、晶体结构及表征

摘要 在乙醇-水混合溶剂中,5-氨基萘磺酸钠(NaAns)与邻菲罗啉(phen)反应得到一种超分子化合物[Na(μ-H2O)(H2O)(phen)](Ans)·2H2O,并用红外光谱、紫外光谱和热重分析以及X射线单晶衍射分析进行了表征.结果表明,该化合物的晶体属正交晶系,Pna21空间群.每个Na(I)与1个端基配位水、2个桥连配位水和1个邻菲罗啉配位,构成NaN2O3四方锥配位几何构型,其中:1个配位水(μ-H2O)的桥联作用将配位基元连接成一维链,分子间的氢键则将整个化合物扩展为三维超分子. A supramolecular compound [-Na(μ-H2 O) (H2 O) (phen)] (Ans) · 2H20 (1) was synthe- sized by reaction of sodium 5-amino-naphthalsulfonate and 1,10-phenanthroline in ethanol-water mixed solvent and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, UV spectra, TGA and X- ray single crystal diffraction.The compound 1 crystallized in orthorhombic system with space group Pna21.The structure analysis shows that each Na(I) has a square pyramidal geometry with NaN2 03 which donor set from two N atoms of the phen ligand,one O atom of the terminal coordination water and two O atoms of the bridged coordination water, [Na(μ-H2 O)(H2 O)(phen)]+ units are linked to 1D chain duo to the bridge mode of μ-H20.The 3D supramolecular network is further formed via in- termolecular hydrogen bonds.
