摘要
作为企业知识资源总和的知识体系是企业核心能力的静态表现 ;不同的知识体系和知识使用情况决定了企业的不同成本和利润 ;企业知识体系是一个多层次、网络状的结构 ;体系内的知识在企业内部与外部之间是流动的 ;根据企业的目标对企业的知识体系进行调整和更新的过程是企业适应外部环境的过程。
Knowledge system,which is the sum of enterprise's knowledge resource,is the static presentation of enterprise core capacity. The knowledge system and its application define the cost and profit of enterprise. The structure of enterprise knowledge system has multi levels and network form. The knowledge in the system can be flow internal and external enterprise. The process of regulation and updating of enterprise knowledge system according enterprise objective is just the process of adapting external environment.
