摘要
目的：比较拉西地平片与非洛地平缓释片治疗轻、中度老年性高血压的效果。方法选取2012年2月~2014年12月在本院就诊的200例轻、中度高血压老年患者作为研究对象，随机分为拉西地平片组与非洛地平缓释片组，分别给予拉西地平片（4 mg/次，1次/d）与非洛地平缓释片（5 mg/次，1次/d）治疗。比较两组治疗前后的血压和24 h动态血压（ABPM）水平、生化指标及药物不良反应发生率。结果两组服药8周后的总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组在治疗2、4、6、8周后的SBP和DBP水平显著低于服药前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗2、4、6、8周后的SBP和DBP水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组服药8周后的ABPM结果显著低于服药前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组服药8周后的ABPM结果比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组的K＋、Na＋、肝功能、肾功能、血常规水平等比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。拉西地平片组的不良反应发生率显著低于非洛地平缓释片组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论拉西地平片与非洛地平缓释片均可作为治疗轻、中度老年性高血压病的理想药物，但拉西地平片的不良反应发生率更低。
Objective To compare the effect of lacidipine tablet and felodipine sustained release tablet in the treatment of mild and moderate senile hypertension. Methods 200 elderly patients with mild and moderate hypertension from February 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the lacidipine tablet group and the felodipine sustained release tablet group.The lacidipine tablet group was treated with lacidipine tablet,4 mg at a time,once a day.The felodipine sustained release tablet group was treated with felodipine sustained release tablet,5 mg at a time,once a day.The level of blood pressure and 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring（ABPM）,biochemical in-dexe and the incidence of adverse drug reaction in two groups before and after treatment was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate in two groups after treatment at 8 weeks was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.The level of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in two groups after treatment at 2,4,6,8 weeks was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The level of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in two groups after treatment at 2,4,6,8 weeks was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.The result of ABPM af-ter treatment at 8 weeks in two groups was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The re-sult of ABPM after treatment at 8 weeks in two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.The level of K＋,Na＋,liver function,renal function,blood routine in two groups was no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction in the lacidipine tablet group was lower than that in the felodipine sustained release tablet group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Lacidipine tablet and felodipine sustained release tablet can be as the ideal drug in the treatment of mild and moderate senile hy-pertension,but the incidence of adverse reaction of lacidipine is lower.
