摘要
集体林权制度配套改革的跟进,林下经济作为集体林权制度改革的新兴产物,在现代林业发展过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用,已成为现代林业产业发展的主流形式之一,是一条促进保护林业资源、改善生态环境、增加农民收入,进一步推动新农村建设的有效途径。通过对福建省尤溪县发展林下经济模式及管理模式调查分析,提出对策和建议,为林下经济可持续发展提供决策参考。
As the reform of collective forest right system go forward, the under-forest growth economy as the result of collective forest right system reform, plays a more important role in the process of the development of modern forestry, has become one of the mainstream form of modern forestry industry development, is a path of to promote the protection of forestry resources, improve the ecological environment, increase the income of farmers, to further promote the effective way of new rural construction. In this paper, through the investigation and analysis on the de- velopment of under-forest growth economy and management mode, and puts forward the countermeasures and sug- gestions, provides the policy-making reference for the sustainable economic development of under-forest.
