摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,全社会的信息意识变得越来越强,同时,网络信息化技术逐渐被引入到各行各业,帮助解决着各行各业存在的问题。我国的教育事业蒸蒸日上,教育水平和办学质量都有着明显地提高,高校档案管理的信息化,是高校信息资源现代化的基础,也是提高档案管理质量、学校教学效率的一个重要手段。但是,从目前来看,我国高校档案信息化建设当中还存在着很多问题。必须从思想上提高认识,加快软硬件的建设,提高人员综合素质,才能将高校的档案管理信息化工作做得更好。
With continuous development of science and technology, the awareness about information in the whole society be- comes more and more strong. Meanwhile, the network information technology＂ which helps us to solve problems is gradually being introduced into all walks of life. China＇s education is booming, and the level and quality of school education have been sig- nificantly improved. Informationization of university records management is the basis for the modernization of university infor- mation resources, not only it improves the quality of file management, but also it is an important means of improving teaching effectiveness. But for now, there are still many problems in the construction of college archives informationization. We should raise awareness ideologically, accelerate the construction of hardware and software to improve the overall quality, and better the information work about file management.
