摘要
根据水电站变压器内部故障时油气量和电气量将发生较为明显的改变,按照《变压器油中溶解气体分析和判断导则》(GB-T7252-2001)和《电力变压器试验导则》(JBT501-2006)相关技术指标,提出将DGA色谱数据评估诊断与高压电气设备预防性试验相结合,进行变压器内部故障诊断的联合评估检测法。结合一台35kV主变高压侧分接开关C相接触不良故障实例,对联合诊断方法的准确可靠性进行验证。实践结果表明:基于DGA的联合诊断法能够较好识别变压器内部故障类型、程度和部位,具有良好的可行性和适用性。
According to the oil-gas and electrical signals characteristics, there will be obvious change during the hydropower station transformer internal fault, following the relative technique indicators of "Guide to the Analysis and the Diagnosis of Gases Dissolved in Transformer OiI"(GB--T7252--2001)and "Test Guide for Transformers" (JBTS01-2006), the transformer fault combination diagnosis method was proposed by combining the DGA chromatography data evaluation and diagnosis results with preventive test of high voltage electrical equipments. The conjoining diagnostic method has been verified by the examples of poor contact fault example of a 35kV transformer C phase switch. Practical results show that: the conjoining diagnosis method based on DGA can recognize the type, location and degree of transformer internal fault and has good feasibility and applicability.
