通过叙述煤炭防突工作的重要性以及存在的问题,寻找煤炭突出的规律并列举出一系列防治措施来对煤矿防突技术进行讨论,对煤矿开采起到重要意义。
Through narrating the importance of coal outburst prevention work and the existing problems, the rules of the out- burst and a series of measures of outburst prevention technique of coal mine are discussed, which has an important significance to coal mine.
