全断面岩石掘进机刀盘上盘形滚刀等寿命布置理论 被引量:3

Same-lifespan layout theory of disc cutters on cutterhead of TBM

摘要 全断面岩石掘进机刀盘上每个安装半径一般只安装1把盘形滚刀,从而造成不同安装半径的盘形滚刀在全断面岩石掘进机掘进相同距离时磨损不同。在刀盘上安装半径越大,磨损越快,导致盘形滚刀检测与更换频繁,严重影响了全断面岩石掘进机利用率。通过实际工程统计发现,80%以上的盘形滚刀消耗量是正常磨损造成的;深入的理论和应用研究发现,盘形滚刀的磨损与其破岩点在岩石中走过的弧长高度相关。据此提出了刀盘上盘形滚刀破岩点在刀盘转一圈的情况下,其在岩石中走过的弧长应相等的安装理论。理论研究证明,这样安装盘形滚刀可基本实现全断面岩石掘进机刀盘上盘形滚刀的同步磨损,从而实现全断面岩石掘进机刀盘上盘形滚刀的等寿命布置。 Since there is only one disc cutter being installed at each installation radius of full-face rock tunnel boring machine (TBM), hence wear of each disc cutter installed at each installation radius varies at the same advancing distance of TBM. The bigger the installation radius is, the more serious the wear of the disc cutter is, which leads to frequent detection and replacement of the disc cutters, thus the productivity of TBM was seriously affected. Practical project statistics showed above 80% consumption of the disc cutter was caused by normal wear, and deep theoretical and application study indicated the wear of the disc cutter was related to the height of the arc which the rock-breaking point traveled across the rock. Based on which, an installation theory was put forward: while the rock-breaking point of the disc cutters of the cutterhead rotated one cycle, the height of the arc which the rock-breaking point traveled across the rock should be the same. Theoretical study showed the disc cutters installed as the proposed theory basically realized synchronous wear of the disc cutters on TBM cutterhead, thus the same-lifespan layout of the disc cutter on TBM cutterhead could realized.
