摘要 不安腿综合征(RLS)的病因复杂,脑影像学技术的发展及应用为不安腿综合征的病因假说提供了新角度,特别是利用核磁共振和发射性计算机断层扫描技术对该病的脑结构、铁代谢、多巴胺能系统、阿片系统和5羟色胺系统给予数据支持。笔者就RLS脑影像学的最新研究进展进行综述。 The etiology of restless legs syndrome (RLS) is complicated. The development and appli- cation of brain imaging technology provides a new dimension to review different hypotheses on the etiology of restless legs syndrome. In particular, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and emission computed tomog pamlne system, raphy opioid (ECT) offer physical evidences to the brain structure, iron metabolism, dosystem and 5-HT system of RLS. This article reviews the latest research progress in RLS brain imaging.
