摘要
目的探讨糖尿病合并心肌梗死的护理干预对策。方法收集该院治疗的糖尿病合并心肌梗死的患者80例,应用综合方案行护理干预,回顾临床资料。结果收集的80例糖尿病合并心肌梗死患者,经过综合护理干预后,护理满意度为100%,有效76例,无效4例,总有效率95.0%。结论护理干预对糖尿病合并心肌梗死患者的预后有着重要作用,可以有效地减少病死率,提高护理满意度,也恢复了患者对生活的自信心,提高了患者的生活质量,减轻了患者的痛苦。
Objective To explore the nursing intervention of diabetes mellitus complicated with myocardial infarction. Methods 80 patients were collected in our hospital for treatment of myocardial infarction in diabetes mellitus with comprehensive solutions, application for nursing intervention, retrospective. Results collected 80 cases of diabetes complicated with myocardial infarction patients, after the comprehensive nursing interventions, nursing satisfaction for 100%, effective 76 cases, invalid 4 cases, the total efficiency of 95%. Conclusion nursing intervention on diabetes mellitus combined with the prognosis of patients with myocardial infarction and plays an important role, can effectively reduce the mortality rate, improve nursing satisfaction, also returned to the life confidence of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the pain of patients.
