摘要
软骨细胞力学是近几年生物力学发展的新领域,是细胞工程和组织工程学的基础,细胞的形态、结构、功能及其新陈代谢、分化都与力学有着密切的关系。力学对维持软骨细胞生物学功能必不可少,机械应力联合其他化学分子共同调节关节软骨的生理和病理变化[1]。软骨细胞通过细胞骨架、细胞外基质、离子通道、细胞膜受体等来感受力学信号,并且结合基因表达来调控自身的代谢活动[2]。近年来研究发现Indian hedgehog为力学敏感性的基因[3]。本文主要对软骨细胞力学生物学转导机制以及与Indian hedgehog信号通路进行综述。
Chondrocyte mechanics is a new field of biomechanics development in recent years, which is the foundation of cell engineering and tissue engineering. The morphology, structure, function, metabolism, differentiation have a close relation- ship with mechanics. Mechanics is essential for cartilage cell biology function, and mechanical stress, along with other chemical molecules, adjust the variation on physiology and pathophysiology of articular cartilage . Chondrocyte accept mechanical signal by the cytoskeleton, extracellular matrix, ion channels and membrane receptor , and regulate its metabolic activity through gene expression . The study found that Indian hedgehog acts as mechanical sensitivity genes in recent years . This review fo- cus on the biomechanics transduction about chondrocytes as well as the correlation with Indian hedgehog signaling pathways.
