移栽方式对烟苗生长环境水热和叶片水势的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Different Transplanting Methods on Hydrothermal Condition and Leaf Water Potential of Tobacco Seedlings at Early Transplanting Stage

摘要 在田间和盆栽试验条件下,以烟苗常规移栽为对照,分析研究了井窖式移栽对烟苗生长环境大气温湿度、土壤水热状况和叶片水势的影响。结果表明,07:00—18:00,井窖式移栽井窖内平均空气相对湿度为93.37%,比常规移栽烟苗生长环境湿度提高了82%;井窖内环境温度为11-30℃,极差为20℃,常规移栽环境温度变幅为7-44℃,极差达37℃。井窖式移栽烟苗根区平均土壤含水率为27.59%,比常规移栽提高了37%;井窖式移栽根区地温变幅为16.1-30.1℃,常规移栽为11-37.7℃。08:00—20:00,井窖式移栽烟苗叶片水势比常规移栽显著(p〈0.05)提高了29.92%-64.46%。井窖式移栽改善了移栽初期烟苗生长环境大气和土壤的水热条件,显著提高了烟苗叶片水势,是应对烟苗移栽期不适宜水热条件的重要栽培措施。 Through field and pot experiments, the ambient temperature & relative humidity, soil temperature & moisture and leaf water potential of tobacco seedlings transplanted in well-cellar style transplanting (WCST) and conventional transplanting (CT) were analyzed. The results showed that mean ambient relative humidity was 93.37% in WCST, which was 82% higher than that in CT during 07.00-18.00. Ambient temperature ranged from 11 ℃ to 30℃, and polar odds was 20 ℃ in WCST; while, ambient temperature ranged from 7℃to 44℃, and polar odds was 37 ℃ in CT. Mean soil moisture content within root zone of tobacco seedlings was 37% higher in WCST than that in CT, up to 27. 59%. Soil temperature within root zone of tobacco seedlings was between 16. 1℃and 30. 1℃ in WCST while it was between 11℃ land 37.7 ℃ in CT. Otherwise, ear water potentials in WCST were significantly (p〈0.05) 29.92%- 64.46% higher than those in CT. Well-cellar style transplanting improved ambient & soil hydrothermal conditions, and increased leaf water potentials of tobacco seedlings, which was an important cultivation method, especially under non-optimal hydrothermal conditions.
